The hours of our full-time course will allow a student to work part-time if they are granted a student / work visa. Part-time work must not interfere with your studies or affect attendance.

Attendance – It is recommended that students attend all class times. In cases where a student misses more than sixteen class sessions ( eight days) per term they will not be eligible to sit exams. Attendance is strictly monitored for all students. Failure to meet the required attendance time may affect your visa.

English Fluency - In order to comprehend course material and successfuly complete exams, you will require a good level of oral and written english. Before enrolling you can request some sample course work be sent to you. This will help you accurately gauge the complexity of the theory component and your ability to successfuly complete the course work.

Course Fees - It is a requirement of the Department of Justice, Equility and Law Reform that all tuition fees are paid in advance. Once full fees are paid to the college we will issue a letter to that effect to facilitate the visa application. If a student is unsuccessful in their visa application, fees will be refunded less deposit.
