Deep Tissue Neck & Shoulder Massage
On this four part advanced training course you will learn how to accurately locate and release ‘knots’ and adhesions. The detailed sequence for this seated neck and shoulder treatment will include cross-fibre friction and deep muscle stripping. Training will also focus on muscle fibre direction, surface anatomy, postural awareness, body mechanics and development of palpation skills.
Qualification
The award is issued by the Holistic College Dublin and is recognised by ITEC’s graduates association Embody AChT. This means therapists can claim their C.P.D points and the qualification is covered by their insurer.
Pre-requisite
ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage including level 3 Anatomy & Physiology or equivalent

Examination
This award is based on five Case Studies and practical assessment, where students will work on an Instructor to accurately evaluate their practical skills.
