In this very special knee and ankle seminar you will learn practical and effective approaches for finding and treating chronic knee and ankle pain problems.
The Corrective Manual Therapy seminar combines soft tissue and joint mobilisation routines that positively impact the brain's sensory receptor system. By down regulating noxious input to the central nervous system, the client experiences less protective muscle guarding, reduced stress, and enhanced pain relief. Aubrey will add his unique perspective by providing participants with an "easy to grasp" formula for assessing and treating common conditions such as meniscus issues, simple tendon and ligament pain, muscle imbalance patterns and talar dysfunction.
This seminar includes techniques and treatment sequences for:
The Ankle:
The Knee:
Presentations include some of the most advanced anatomy 3D imaging from 3D4 Medical to enhance your learning!

Please have a pen and notepaper to hand. A minimum foundation level massage qualification, athletic trainer, Physiotherapy certification and/or an understanding of Anatomy & Physiology is strongly recommended for participation in this seminar.
"This course was well thought out, well structured, with plenty of useful techniques and enough time to understand their purpose, the application and the assessment of the result. Personally, I have already used all of the techniques and found them very effective. I don’t think I have taken away as much usable techniques before and felt fully confident of them..."
~Alana.
"I am approaching this learning from the perspective of an experienced hospital doctor and my eyes are being opened to the potential for improvement in pain, function and quality of life if we simply employ both the skill and art of touch. Touch has lost status as a diagnostic tool as we favour the objectiveness of imaging. However, touch is both diagnostic and therapeutic. I feel that medical training needs to embrace the power of touch.."
~Niamh.
"I absolutely loved the whole thing. I learned so many new techniques that I can’t wait to start using with clients with really clear instructions as to how and when to apply."
~Sara.
"Aubrey's answers connected many dots (pieces of knowledge that I had acquired over the years from various sources) that I had formulated hypotheses of but I had not connected with scientific support. I am very glad he was so eloquently and concisely present them to us. My key take away is "Take more courses from Aubrey!"."
