This DVD presentation demonstrates a unique and wide ranging sequence of strokes for Holistic Massage, incorporating the classical movements of effleurage, petrissage, tapotment, friction and vibration. This acts as a study aid for the students to provide full body, face, scalp and foot massage. A detailed explanation of the techniques follows a real time demonstration of a full Holistic treatment as well as individual chapters for quick reference. This is a companion guide to our diploma course and is not intended to replace formal training.
