Therapeutic Back Massage
On this four part advanced training course you will learn how to accurately locate and release 'knots' and adhesions in the muscles and fascia of the back. The detailed sequence for this full back treatment will include cross-fibre friction and deep muscle stripping, with the use of reinforced finger and thumb techniques and elbow work. Training will focus on the appropriate use of pressure and methods of application.
Qualification
The award is issued by the Holistic College Dublin.
Pre-requisite
ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage including level 3 Anatomy & Physiology or equivalent

This award is based on five Case Studies and practical assessment, where students will work on an Instructor to accurately evaluate their practical skills.
